Conductive oxides are widely studied as cathode materials for electrochemical cells, such solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), because of their chemical stability and high electrical conductivity at temperatures (800–950 °C). The is a key component SOFCs, accounting the greatest resistance loss among SOFC components. It important to precisely determine material, but it difficult achieve consistency measurements errors caused by differences in measurement methods conditions employed various research teams. In this study, total an material was measured DC 4-point method investigating geometrical parameters sample terminal device using La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+d (LSM). variables included spacing between terminals (1 2 cm), lead wire diameter (0.25 0.5 mm), specimen thickness (3, 4, 5 applied current (10, 50, 100 mA). larger thinner specimen, smaller standard deviation.
